About the role and what you’ll be doing:

The Senior Vice President, Enterprise, is a key leadership role within the Global Client Engagement organization at Ensono, responsible for overseeing the Enterprise base accounts line of business. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our enterprise clients. The SVP, Enterprise, will lead a high-performing team, develop and execute business strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Enterprise base, aligning with the overall goals of the Global Client Engagement organization and the company.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client engagement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, operations, and other internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.

  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the Enterprise line of business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in client engagement, sales, or business development, with a focus on enterprise accounts.

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, driving strategic growth and managing high-value client relationships.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the managed services industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $220K to $320K annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role-based, sales-incentive plan and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
