Associate Cloud Integration Engineer

What we need you to contribute to Ensono:

• Design, build, and support ServiceNow‑centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer

• Develop and operate AWS‑based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows

• Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements

• Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the team’s integration platform

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and operational runbooks

 

Skills & Behaviors that are reliable indications that you can contribute:

• Hands‑on experience building ServiceNow integrations using:

• • REST APIs (inbound and outbound)

  • IntegrationHub and Flow Designer

  • Scripted logic and custom actions

• Strong understanding of web services and integration patterns, including REST‑based authentication and error handling

• Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch

• Proficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting integration issues in production environments

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Experience documenting integration designs and support procedures for operational use
