As Senior Vice President, Client Implementations and Operations and Transformation, Jodi leads the global team responsible for the implementation of new Client services. From the technical architecture to the program discipline, Jodi is responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of services to a diverse clientele, ranging from Fortune 500 giants to privately held enterprises. She plays a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes, ensuring seamless client onboarding, and enhancing overall service delivery. Jodi holds more than 25 years of IT experience leading teams around the globe. Prior to Ensono, Jodi also held leadership and engineering roles at Acxiom, Safety-Kleen, Experian, and CNA Insurance. Jodi holds a bachelor’s degree in data communications and business management from DeVry University.
