In her current role as Managing Director at Ensono India, Veena is driving the elevation of India’s functions, collaborating closely with global business leaders. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing business operations, enhancing financial performance, nurturing talent and leadership pipelines, and solidifying Ensono India’s brand equity. Veena joined Ensono in 2020, where she previously led the Service Delivery team in India, focusing on Mainframe, Distributed systems, and Cloud operations to support customers’ strategic journeys. Veena holds more than 28 years of experience as a seasoned Operations and Transformation Executive, primarily in the BFSI and IT sectors. Prior to Ensono, Veena spent over 25 years in the Investment and Asset management industry, with notable tenures at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Citibank in various operational, technological, and client servicing roles. Veena hails from Pune and loves reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
