Acquisition will expand Ensono’s cloud native and data engineering capabilities and strengthen Ensono’s position as a leader in cloud services

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. – July 13, 2022– Ensono, an expert technology adviser and managed service provider, announced its acquisition of AndPlus, a cloud native and data engineering firm. This acquisition continues Ensono’s strategic investment in scaling its cloud and data engineering capabilities and reinforces the company’s commitment to helping clients plan, build, migrate, and operate in the cloud.

AndPlus’ capabilities complement Ensono’s end-to-end transformation expertise in the areas of cloud native development, application modernization, site reliability engineering (SRE), DevSecOps and data engineering. With a proven track record of helping large enterprise clients accelerate their digital roadmap using cloud native technologies, AndPlus’ agile approach to digital transformation allows its team of experts to iterate quickly, provide full visibility, and help clients get to market faster.

The platform allows eDiscovery search and analytics, has end-to-end information control and governance, and handles all types of data-like documents. AndPlus also advised Bloomberg on SEC and FINRA guidelines and helped the company reduce operational overhead, access powerful search and analytics, and streamline legal and regulatory investigations for its clients. With its commitment to cloud native development and digital transformation, AndPlus will become an important part of the Ensono portfolio.
