In our Cloud Clarity report, we surveyed 500 full-time professionals in the U.S. and U.K. with cloud procurement decision-making power to identify their cloud insights, vendor preferences and more. Their responses demonstrate how enterprises across industries are navigating increasingly complex private and public cloud adoption — while indicating where the cloud might be headed beyond 2021. 

Our findings show that multi-cloud and private cloud placements are here to stay. The past year seems to have solidified businesses’ prioritization of security and compliance, which is reflected in their embrace of secure strategies. Beyond this, we found COVID-19 escalated transformation initiatives and accelerated decisions to onboard new cloud providers.
