Celebrating Our 4th Birthday: A Letter from Our CEO
Jeff VonDeylen
Chief Executive Officer
When I think back to when we first launched the Ensono brand in January of 2016, I’m amazed at what we’ve accomplished in four years. We had ambitious goals from the start, but we’ve expanded on those goals along the way, in more ways than one. From the start, we’ve been focused on what’s best for our clients, and I’m proud to say that we’ve had tremendous success in accelerating digital transformation for our clients and enabling them to do great things.
Along the way, we globally introduced Ernesto – an always present avatar representing the “client in in the room.” Ernesto sits in all of our meeting spaces to remind us why we are here.
To celebrate our 4th birthday and reinforce the client-first philosophy of always considering the client in everything we do, each Ensono associate received their own mini Ernesto to proudly display at their desk and serve as a reminder of how we unleash our clients to do great things.
2019 gave us a lot to celebrate, from record-breaking sales wins to prestigious industry awards, from our volunteerism to extreme challenges, from new offices in Chicago and Bangalore to the 100th Ensono associate in the Poland office.
Our growth is a direct result of the talent, drive and innovative thinking of the incredible group of associates who make up Ensono’s global workforce. Happy 4th birthday to Ensono and I look forward to a fantastic 2020 filled with opportunities to help disrupt the status quo for our clients.
