Phil Ratcliff combines executive leadership experience with deep insurance industry knowledge in his role as SVP of Insurance. His expertise spans insurance strategy, operations, technology solutions, and business process optimization from his time as CEO at illumifin, Global Head of Insurance at DXC and leadership positions at CSC, IBM and EY. Ratcliff’s strategic vision and implementation skills enable him to help insurance clients navigate complex modernization initiatives and leverage technology to drive competitive advantage.

Chris Campbell brings deep financial services and insurance industry expertise to Ensono as Managing Director of Financial Services. His leadership experience at Eviden and Atos has equipped him with specialized knowledge of the unique technology challenges facing financial institutions. Campbell excels at developing innovative solutions that address regulatory requirements, modernize legacy systems, and accelerate digital transformation for clients in these highly regulated industries.

Michael Doyle brings a proven track record of enterprise transformation and client relationship excellence to his role as SVP of Enterprise Clients. Drawing from his experience at Capgemini, most recently as Executive Vice President, he excels at guiding Fortune 500 companies through complex business transformations. His expertise in developing tailored technology solutions and building long-term strategic partnerships will further enhance Ensono’s enterprise client offerings.

Becky Hickson has extensive technology expertise across managed services, cloud computing, SaaS, and AI.
