Ensono to Exhibit, Present at SHARE 2017

Ensono will offer its 47 years of mainframe expertise at the SHARE 2017 conference through a speaker session and vendor exhibit

Ensono will present and exhibit at SHARE 2017 in San Jose, Calif. from March 5 to 10. Ken Harper, director of mainframe services at Ensono, will speak to the conference’s audience of enterprise technology professionals about Millennial mainframe talent.

Harper will present a “10 Minute Tech Talk” at SHARE booth #121 on Wednesday, March 8 at 11 a.m. PT. His session, “Strategies for Addressing the Mainframe Talent Drain,” will explore best practices for organizations hoping to attract and retain mainframe talent among the booming generation of knowledge workers.

“Organizations that run on the mainframe struggle to find incoming talent, and there’s a major skills gap with today’s generation of technology workers and critical mainframe knowledge,” said Harper. “My session will shed light on how companies operating on mainframes can find, train and hold onto Millennial employees.”
